This property is part of the Home Collection-Charlotte’s Boutique Furnished Residences. We have over 30 different residences all within 2 miles from downtown Charlotte! This is a classic 1br/1ba second floor apartment with all of the comforts of home for a short or long stay. We own the 4-plex, located on Hawthorne Lane in the Elizabeth neighborhood.

This ~1,000 sq. ft. residence, with a mix of new, mid-century modern and antique furniture, offers an abundance of space and is especially bright. The living room offers upholstered seating for 4+, and the sofa converts to a comfortable bed. There’s a desk, and wifi is included. The covered front porch overlooks the front lawn and is a great place to relax after work. Though many of our guests enjoy walking to dinner at many of the nearby restaurants (Hawthorne’s Pizza, Customshop, Fig Tree, Cajun Queen) the kitchen is fully-equipped for making meals at home. The bedroom comes with 400 thread-count sheets, and the bathroom is supplied with thick Egyptian cotton towels.

The Elizabeth neighborhood is a vibrant area with historic bungalows and larger Victorian homes. Independence Park, the city’s oldest, is just a block away. Streetcar runs directly in front of the building, and offers easy and convenient transportation to Uptown! The entire apartment is yours for your stay.
